Ingredients

Noodles

  • 1 serving Premium Seafood Tonkotsu Ramen

Soup

  • 1 packet Premium Seafood Tonkotsu Ramen Soup Base
  • 1 ¼ cups Hot Water

Toppings

  • 2-3 slices Slow Cooked Pork you can follow our recipe below
  • 50 g Spinach
  • 1 Spring Onion diagonally cut
  • 1 slice Naruto (Fish Cake)

Slow-Cooked Pork (8 servings)

  • 2 lbs Pork Butt
  • 4 cups Water
  • ½ cup Soy Sauce
  • ½ cup Mirin
  • 1 clove Garlic sliced
  • 1 thumb Ginger sliced

Instructions

Slow-Cooked Pork

  • In a slow cooker, pour water, soy sauce and mirin. Add garlic and ginger. Mix well.
  • Submerge the pork. Cover and cook on low heat for 8 hours. Store the pork in the fridge. As the pork is in the broth, It can be stored for about a week.

Ramen

  • Prepare spinach. In a medium pot, boil water. Blanch spinach for 30 seconds. Then quickly soak in cold water and drain well. Cut into bite size. 
  • To prepare the pork slices, prepare slow cooked pork. Heat a frying pan and roast the pork both sides.  
  • Boil 4 cups of water in a large pot and cook noodles following direction on the package. Drain well. 
  • Boil 1 ¼ cups water in a medium pot and pour the soup base. Mix well. 
  • Transfer the noodles into a ramen bowl and pour the prepared soup. Place the toppings and you are done!
