Noodles

  • 1 serving Okinawa Soba

Soup

  • ½ packet Okinawa Soba Soup Base
  • ½ cup Hot Water 
  • ½ tbsp Sesame Oil 

Toppings

  • 100 g Ground Pork 
  • 1 tsp Sesame Oil 
  • Salt and Pepper 
  • ½ tsp Doubanjiang (Chili Bean Sauce)
  • ½ tbsp Oyster Sauce 
  • 1 tsp Soy Sauce 
  • ½ tbsp Sake
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 2 Scallions trimmed 
  • 1 piece Dry Seaweed thinly cut 
  • 1 tbsp Katsuobushi (Dried Bonito Flakes) 
  • 1 Egg Yolk 
  • Red Ginger you can follow our recipe

Instructions

  • Heat sesame oil in frying pan and stir fry ground pork, season with salt and pepper 
  • Add doubanjiang, oyster sauce, soy sauce, sake, and sugar. Now your soboro (seasoned ground pork) is ready! 
  • To create the sauce, take ½ a pack of the soup seasoning and add ½ cup of hot water. Add ½ tbsp of sesame oil and mix.  
  • Prepare noodles by following instructions on the packaging. Once the noodles are ready, drain. 
  • Place noodles in serving bowl, add sauce and mix.  
  • Add a layer of scallions and top with soboro. Garnish with katsuobushi and red ginger on the side.  
  • Sprinkle some nori on top and add the egg yolk in the middle.  
    * Break the yolk, mix it all together, and enjoy!
