Heat sesame oil in frying pan and stir fry ground pork, season with salt and pepper
Add doubanjiang, oyster sauce, soy sauce, sake, and sugar. Now your soboro (seasoned ground pork) is ready!
To create the sauce, take ½ a pack of the soup seasoning and add ½ cup of hot water. Add ½ tbsp of sesame oil and mix.
Prepare noodles by following instructions on the packaging. Once the noodles are ready, drain.
Place noodles in serving bowl, add sauce and mix.
Add a layer of scallions and top with soboro. Garnish with katsuobushi and red ginger on the side.
Sprinkle some nori on top and add the egg yolk in the middle. * Break the yolk, mix it all together, and enjoy!
