Spread the Wonton Wrapper. Using a brush, lightly brush on water entirely. Add another layer of wrapper on top and continue the step for 5 layers.
Starting from the corner, roll up the wrappers and brush on water at the end to keep the wrapper from spreading. Cut at an angle so that the wonton wrapper would be 5 mm (Should resemble a wood stump).
Heat small amounts of oil in a pan and add in the wontons from Step 2. Fry both sides so that both sides turn crispy and golden brown. Set aside.
On a separate pan, add in the brown sugar, cinnamon, honey, and water. Heat the pan and mix well, until the mixture is caramelized. Once the sugar starts to bubble up, add in the wontons from Step 3 and mix well. Serve on a plate and you are done!
