Ramen

  • 2 servings Premium Garlic Miso Ramen

Soup

  • 2 servings Premium Garlic Miso Ramen Soup Base
  • 3 1/3 cups Water
  • 2 tbsp Tahini

Toppings

  • 1/2 lb Ground Pork
  • 1 thumb Ginger
  • 3 Green Onions
  • 2 tsp Doubanjiang Sauce (Broad Bean Chili Sauce)
  • 1 tsp Sesame Oil
  • 2 Okuras
  • Chili Oil by preference
  • Chili Threads by preference

Instructions

  • Mince the green part of the green onions and vertically slice the white part. The green part will be used for the soup and the white part will be used as toppings. Cut the okuras to bite sizes and boil in salt water. Mince the ginger and set aside.

  • Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and cook the ground pork. Season with salt and stir-fry well. 
  • Add ginger, minced green onions, and doubanjiang sauce.

  • Continue to stir-fry.

  • Set aside half of the mixture from Step 3 for topping.
  • Add water to the remaining mixture and bring to a boil. Add the garlic miso soup base and continue to stir the soup. Simmer in low heat for about 1-2 minutes.

  • Lastly, add in the tahini and bring to a boil. The soup is ready!

  • Follow the package instruction to cook the noodles. Once the noodles are cooked, drain well and place in a plate. Pour the soup from Step 6.
  • Top the noodles with ground pork, okura, and sliced white part of the green onions. Garnish with chili threads, and you are done! Swirl in some chili oil for more spice. Enjoy!
