Wrapper

  • 10 pieces Wonton Wrapper
  • Water

Sauce

  • ½ cup Vegetable Oil
  • 50 g Brown Sugar
  • ¼ tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 3 tbsp Water

Instructions

  • Spread the wonton wrapper and brush on a thin layer of water entirely. Starting from the corner, roll up the wrapper into a stick. Make sure to keep the corners closed with water.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and add the sticks from Step 1 to fry. Fry both sides until the sticks are crispy. Set aside.
  • In a separate frying pan, add brown sugar, cinnamon, honey, and water. Heat the frying pan and stir the sauce until the sauce caramelizes.
  • Once the sugar caramelizes and starts foaming, add in the sticks that you have set aside and mix well. Place the sticks on a plate and you are done!
