Spread the wonton wrapper and brush on a thin layer of water entirely. Starting from the corner, roll up the wrapper into a stick. Make sure to keep the corners closed with water.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and add the sticks from Step 1 to fry. Fry both sides until the sticks are crispy. Set aside.
In a separate frying pan, add brown sugar, cinnamon, honey, and water. Heat the frying pan and stir the sauce until the sauce caramelizes.
Once the sugar caramelizes and starts foaming, add in the sticks that you have set aside and mix well. Place the sticks on a plate and you are done!
