Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Aburaage (deep-fried tofu pouches) 
  • ½ cup Water
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Mirin 
  • ½ tbsp Sugar

Instructions

  • Place aburaage over a colander and pour boiled water over it to remove excess oil. 
  • In a small pot add water, soy sauce, mirin, and sugar. Once it starts to boil, turn the heat to low and let it simmer for 10 minutes. This is aburaage for kitsune udon!
