for frying shiokoji pork
Dash Ground Black Pepper
Instructions
Rub pork in shiokoji and let it marinate for 5 minutes. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and stir fry pork with shio koji. Add pepper to taste.
*Shio koji already has salt, therefore, you only need to add pepper to taste.
