Prepare spinach. In a medium pot, boil water. Blanch spinach for 30 seconds. Then quickly soak in cold water and drain well. Cut into bite size.
To prepare the pork slices, prepare slow cooked pork. Heat a frying pan and roast the pork both sides.
Boil 4 cups of water in a large pot and cook noodles following direction on the package. Drain well.
Boil 1 ¼ cups water in a medium pot and pour the soup base. Mix well.
Transfer the noodles into a ramen bowl and pour the prepared soup. Place the toppings and you are done!
