Mince green onion and garlic. Mix the green onion and garlic with lemon juice, sesame oil, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Set aside.
Make small cuts around the beef tongue (to prevent the beef tongue from curling while being grilled), season with salt and pepper.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and grill the beef tongue.
To prepare soup, heat a pot of water and bring to a boil. Add chicken bouillon powder, season with salt and pepper to taste. The soup is ready.
In a separate pot, bring water to a bowl to cook the noodles. After the noodles are cooked, drain well and place the noodles in a bowl.
Add the soup to the bowl and place the beef tongue. To finish, pour the shio-dare sauce from step1 over the beef tongue and enjoy! As an optional topping, add mustard leaves for added flavor.
