Instructions
Mix Shoyu, Sake, Sugar, and Tobanjan in a separate bowl.
Add vegetable oil to a wok or fry pan and then add pork.
Cook pork until brown and then add shoyu mixture (Step 1).
Cook for an additional 5 minutes then set aside.
