Ingredients

  • 150 g Ground Pork
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1 tbsp Shoyu
  • 1 ΒΌ tbsp Sake
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Tobanjan

Instructions

  • Mix Shoyu, Sake, Sugar, and Tobanjan in a separate bowl.
  • Add vegetable oil to a wok or fry pan and then add pork.
  • Cook pork until brown and then add shoyu mixture (Step 1).
  • Cook for an additional 5 minutes then set aside.
