Noodles

  • 1 serving Okinawa Soba 

Soup

  • 1 packet Okinawa Soba Soup Base 
  • 1 ¼ cups Hot Water 

Toppings

  • 2 pieces Braised Pork Belly 
  • ½ piece Satsuma-Age (Fried Fishcake)
  • Green Onions by preference
  • Red Ginger by preference, you can follow our recipe to make

Instructions

  • Slice the satsuma-age and chop the green onions.

  • Slice the braised pork belly to big slices.
  • Follow the package instructions to cook the noodles and prepare the soup. 
  • Once the noodles are cooked and placed in the soup, top with braised pork, satsuma-age, green onions, and red gingers. You are done!
