Noodles

  • 1 serving Okinawa Soba 

Soup

  • 1 packet Okinawa Soba Soup Base 
  • 1 ¼ cups Hot Water 

Toppings

  • 2 Stewed Pork Belly 
  • ½ Satsumaage sliced 
  • Green Onions chopped
  • Red Ginger you can follow our recipe

Instructions

  • Slice the satsumaage and chop the green onions.
  • Slice the stewed pork belly to thick-cuts.
  • Follow the package instructions to cook the noodles and prepare the soup. 
  • Once the noodles are cooked, place in the bowl with soup. Add in stewed pork belly, satsumaage, green onions, and red ginger. Enjoy!
