Ingredients

  • 50 g Ginger  chopped into thin strips
  • 4 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar 
  • 1 tsp Beet Juice freshly squeezed
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Sugar

Instructions

  • Mix the ingredients in a small bowl and store in a refrigerator.
