Shio Koji is a Japanese natural seasoning often used to marinate meat. With shio koji, we marinated pork to create a ramen topping full of umami! Great with our Signature Shoyu Ramen or any of our other fresh ramen noodles.
- 80 g Thinly Sliced Pork cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 tsp Shio Koji
- 1 tsp Vegetable Oil for frying shiokoji pork
- Dash Ground Black Pepper
- Rub pork in shiokoji and let it marinate for 5 minutes. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and stir fry pork with shio koji. Add pepper to taste. *Shio koji already has salt, therefore, you only need to add pepper to taste.
