Slow cooked pork chashu on top of ramen

If you’re looking to add some protein toppings or just want to make a side dish to go with your main dish, try our Slow Cooked Pork recipe! Although the cooking time may be long, all you have to do is mix the pork and other condiments such as garlic and soy sauce, and you leave the rest of the work to your slow cooker. Slice the pork and add to your ramen or udon, or chop into smaller pieces and mix with your yakisoba noodles! This especially pairs well with our Premium Seafood Tonkotsu Ramen.

I did sear the pork belly (with no oil, it’s fatty enough) before adding to crock pot. It was about 1 lb and so I had it cook on low for 6 hours. Nice and tender. Really delicious flavors. The broth is a nice “tare” to add to noodle soups. Thank you.
