Myojo USA x Keizo Shimamoto Collaboration Recipe
The spicy pork toppings go great with Tantanmen!
- 150 g Ground Pork
- 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 1 tbsp Shoyu
- 1 ¼ tbsp Sake
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Tobanjan
- Mix Shoyu, Sake, Sugar, and Tobanjan in a separate bowl.
- Add vegetable oil to a wok or fry pan and then add pork.
- Cook pork until brown and then add shoyu mixture (Step 1).
- Cook for an additional 5 minutes then set aside.
