Description

-2 servings
-14.60 oz (414g)
-Stored refrigerated/frozen
-After thawing, keep refrigerated and consume within 3 weeks

-Contains wheat, soy, egg, fish (tuna)

1. Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan and cook the meat. Add vegetables and stir fry until soft.
2. Add defrosted noodles and stir fry for 30 sec. Add ¼ cup of water, loosen the noodles, and stir fry everything for 1 to 2 min until the water evaporates (if the noodles are sticking, add more oil as needed).
3. Lower heat and add packaged sauce. Stir fry for another 30 sec, mix everything well.
4. Place on a plate, drizzle the Japanese mustard mayo over the noodles, and enjoy!

I loved the instant ippei-chan yakisoba, so when I found that a fresh version was released, I was super excited! You can’t beat the fragrant taste of the stir-fried fresh yakisoba noodles. If you think mustard mayonnaise sounds weird, you’ll regret it..Fresh and chewy noodles are much better tasting than the instant noodles.

I’ve been eating this for perhaps about 20 years now. My children are about to turn teenage and this is the only brand they prefer. It is quick simple and delicious.

I have had dry cup noodle IPPEI-CHAN so many times and they are good as easy snack. It was totally different taste of the dry one. And It was tasty, also it was different sauce as my image of Yakisoba. This sauce had a kick to it. I made with a lot of cabbage in it. It made me really satisfied my appetite.

Found this at the Tokyo Centrtal and gave it a try! Compared to the cup noodle ippei, you need time to cook it, but for me the quality was way better. The mustard mayonnaise matches the sauce and love the fresh texture of the noodles! As a tip, I would recommend putting less water than the instruction provided at the package when cooking which I think made the texture more chewy.
