Hakata Tonkotsu Ramen
Hakata Tonkotsu Ramen is one of Japan’s most famous classic ramen dishes, featuring a silky white soup made from pork bone. The creamy broth, infused with the savory umami of pork bones and a hint of sweetness, is the perfect match for the thin, straight noodles. Enjoy the subtle accent of ginger that gently flavors each bite.
