Ramen salad is, as the name suggests, a chilled dish combining ramen and salad. You can get both salad and main dish together in one bowl. It is a perfect dish for the hot season, as you can get vegetables that you may usually lack.

Ingredients

Ramen

  • 1 serving Hakata Tonkotsu Ramen

Sause

  • ½ packet Hakata Tonkotsu Ramen Soup Base

Toppings

  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • ½ tsp Vinegar
  • 50 g Canned Corn
  • 50 g Canned Tuna
  • 100 g Cabbage
  • Black Pepper by preference

Instructions

  • Cut cabbage into small pieces.
  • In a bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, mayonnaise, vinegar, and mix.
  • Boil water in a pot and cook the noodles, following the package instructions.  Once the noodles are cooked, rinse with cold water and drain well. Place the noodles in a bowl.

  • Mix ramen noodles with half of the sauce provided.

  •  Top with cabbage, drained canned corn and canned tuna.

The noodles are rinsed and can be eaten as a salad, I packed it in my kid’s lunch box.

She loved it. There was no cabbage left!
