Nagasaki Champon
Nagasaki Champon was inspired by a Chinese dish and features a milky rich broth. This dish is usually accompanied by a mixture of seafood placed on top of the broth and noodles. Other toppings for Champon include pork belly and vegetables! Nagasaki Champon is a perfect dish to have during cold weather, but you can have it any time of the year!

-After thawing, keep refrigerated and consume within 3 weeks
-Contains wheat, soy, egg, milk, treenut (coconut)
1. Boil 4 cups of water in a medium pot and 1 1/4 cups in a separate small pot.
2. Heat large frying pan over high heat, add 1tbsp oil. Stir fry meat and vegetables until cooked through. Season with ground black pepper and salt. Pour in 1 1/4 cups of boiling water and soup base to the pan and bring to a boil.
3. Add noodles to the 4 cups of boiling water. Cook 3 minutes, stirring occasionally (if frozen, add 1 minute to cooking time). Please adjust the cooking time per your personal preference.
4. Drain cooked noodles and place into a bowl. Pour prepared soup (Step 2) onto noodles and enjoy!
