Shrimp Flavor Udon
Shrimp in Japanese is “Ebi”, and is a popular ingredient in many Japanese dishes so we made sure to include it as a flavor in our Flavor Udon Series! You can also try it stir-fried! Cook the noodles for a few seconds to separate then add to a hot frying pan with oil, add half the flavor packet, desired toppings and enjoy!

Microwave (1000 watts)
Cooking times may vary, depending on the wattage of the microwave used or your location (altitude).
1. Put noodles and soup base into a microwavable bowl.
2. Pour 1 ¼ cups (10oz) of water to the bowl.
3. Microwave uncovered for 3 min.
4. Carefully remove the bowl from the microwave, stir well, and enjoy.
Stove Top
1. Add noodles to 1 ¼ cups of boiling water. Cook 1 min 30 sec to 2 min, stirring occasionally.
2. Add soup base just before turning off the heat.
3. Serve immediately.
