My neighbor introduced me and my family to MyOjo Udon Noodle Soup a couple of weeks ago and now we want it 3 or more times a week. A Single serving is very filling. A Solid comfort food for the upcoming colder weather. Very tasty by itself, just add included soup base to taste. My neighbor served it Hmong Style with rotisserie chicken & a side table full of add ins: Chopped Cilantro, Chopped Green Onions, Fresh Bean Sprouts, Sliced Hard boiled egg, Chopped Red Bell Pepper, spicy condiment sauces and more… almost endless possibilities. We’re Hooked, and will spread the word to family and friends.
