I used to get this in Japan town when I lived in San Francisco, starting around 2004. This hiyashi chuka flavor is my favorite, and it’s very nostalgic for me. The myojo ramen is really good because the noodles have a better texture. Most instant ramen has a powdered seasoning packet, but the myojo ramen broth has a powder and a liquid packet with oil and dashi stock concentrate.

I hope more stores will stock these so I can get these again.
