I don’t know what the other reviewers are talking about. I was happy with the porky flavor and how fast it came to be. All you need to do add is some eggs and some pork if you have it on hand and green onions and boom. Fantastic fast tonkotsu ramen with a milky broth.

Wrong Soup Base!

I was surprised for the color of soup and shoyu based soup, not Tonkotsu at all. I looked for the reviews and came here.

I cannot believe that Myojo didnot even apologize for their mistake to people here to inform that. After I checked reviews and found that this package included “Shoyu Tonkotsu Ramen Soup Base(see pic)” instead of “Tonkotsu Ramen Soup” on your web, product’s page.

Difinitely, you have to change the package’s photo(it is white color, looks like tonkotsu soup), if you want to sell this as “Tonkotsu Shoyu.” Or, you have to make sure to pack with just “Tonkotsu Ramen Soup.”

I am a Japanese and I can say no one will accept this one as “Tonkotsu Ramen” in Japan.

Even as Shoyu Tonkotsu… I wonder…

We also bought tonkotsu and got shoyu tonkotsu flavor packets. Myojo needs to work on their quality control, this is not ok!

Wrong soup base

The packaging said Tonkotsu but the soup base was “Shoyu Tonkotsu” and wasn’t good. It was salty and had a heavy soy sauce, mystery sauce taste. Not sure if I want to eat the remaining two packages.

The soup was not tonkotsu as the package said

It says tonkotsu pork flavor outside. The soup was dark brown color and the small print says “shoyu tonkotsu”. The actual flavor was weird, disgusting. I had to pour out the soup and make my own soup I order to eat the noodle. I will report this to store/mitsuwa and the manufacturer.
