Instructions
- Cut the dumpling skins into quarters.
- Heat oil to 302°F (150°C) and deep-fry the dumplings for about 2 minutes, or until cooked through and crispy.
- Remove from oil and sprinkle with salt as you like.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
