- 8 sheets Pumpkin Dumpling Wrappers (Alternative color variations: Beet, Spinach, Kale)
Filling
- 70 g Sweet Potatoes
- 15 g Butter
- 1 tbsp Milk
- Oil
- Honey
Instructions
- Cut sweet potatoes into bite-sized pieces and place them in a heat-safe bowl.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and microwave for 7 minutes, or until soft.
- Add milk, butter, and sugar to the bowl. Mash the sweet potatoes until they form a smooth paste.
- Scoop a portion of the sweet potato paste and wrap it in a dumpling skin.
- Heat a frying pan, add oil, and place the dumplings in the pan. Cover with a lid and bake over medium heat for 5 minutes.
- Put them on a plate and drizzle with as much honey as you like.
