  • 1 serving Plant-Based Creamy Tonkotsu Ramen

Soup

  • 1 packet Plant-Based Creamy Tonkotsu Ramen Soup Base

Toppings

  • 30 g Mushroom
  • 5 g Radish
  • 20 g Broccolini
  • Sesame Seed by preference
  • Black Pepper by preference

Instructions

  • Cut radish into thin slices.
  • Sauté mushrooms and broccoli.
  • Boil 4 cups of water in a medium pot and 1 ¼ cups in a separate small pot.
  • Add defrosted noodles to the 4 cups of boiling water. Cook 1 minute 15 seconds, stirring occasionally (if frozen, add 1 minute to cooking time).
    1-Plant-Based Creamy Tonkotsu Ramen
  • Open soup base packet and pour into a soup bowl. Add the 1 ¼ cups of boiling water to the soup base and mix well.
    2-Plant-Based Creamy Tonkotsu Ramen
  • Drain cooked noodles and add to soup.
    3-Plant-Based Creamy Tonkotsu Ramen
  • Place radish, mushroom and broccolini on the top.
  • Sprinkle with sesame seeds and black pepper.

As a vegan, this is the best Tonkotsu ramen I have ever had!

It was even better than I expected it to be.

The flavor is not too weak and you can feel the fullness of it.
