- 1 serving Jumbo Udon with Soup
- 1 packet Jumbo Udon Soup Seasoning
- 1 ¼ cups Hot Water
- 1 Kakiage (Vegetable Tempura)
- ½ Dry Seaweed
- 1 Green Onion
- Chop the green onion finely and cut the seaweed to ½, into a rectangle.
- Cut the kakiage into half and wrap with seaweed.
- Follow the package instructions to cook the noodle. Once the noodles are cooked, pour the soup and noodles into a bowl. Top with kakiage and green onion, and you are done!
