Udon

  • 1 serving Jumbo Udon with Soup 

Soup

  • 1 packet Jumbo Udon Soup Seasoning
  • 1 ¼ cups Hot Water

Toppings

  • 1 Kakiage (Vegetable Tempura) 
  • ½ Dry Seaweed
  • 1 Green Onion

Instructions

  • Chop the green onion finely and cut the seaweed to ½, into a rectangle. 
  • Cut the kakiage into half and wrap with seaweed. 
  • Follow the package instructions to cook the noodle. Once the noodles are cooked, pour the soup and noodles into a bowl. Top with kakiage and green onion, and you are done!
