Udon is one of the easiest dishes you can make with our Jumbo Udon with Soup. For toppings, wrap some kakiage (fried vegetable tempura) with seaweed and you are done! Not only is it easy, but it is also delicious! Adding kakiage makes the udon look complete!

- 1 serving Jumbo Udon with Soup
Soup
- 1 packet Jumbo Udon Soup Seasoning
- 1 ¼ cups Hot Water
Toppings
- 1 Kakiage (Vegetable Tempura)
- ½ Dry Seaweed
- 1 Green Onion
Instructions
- Chop the green onion finely and cut the seaweed to ½, into a rectangle.
- Cut the kakiage into half and wrap with seaweed.
- Follow the package instructions to cook the noodle. Once the noodles are cooked, pour the soup and noodles into a bowl. Top with kakiage and green onion, and you are done!
