We’re back to the basics with our Signature Shoyu Ramen! Here is a basic recipe with suggested toppings for Shoyu ramen! Have other toppings you would like to add? Feel free to add your own toppings to make your personalized Shoyu Ramen!

  • 1 serving Signature Shoyu Ramen


  • 1 packet Signature Shoyu Ramen Soup Base
  • 1 ½ cups Hot Water



  • Chop the green onions into small slices.
  • Boil plenty of water in a pot and follow the package instructions to cook the noodles. Once the noodles are cooked, drain well.
  • Pour the soup packet in a bowl and add in hot water to dissolve. Add the noodles from Step 2.
  • Finish by adding toppings: Chashu, Ajitsuke Tamago, Green Onions, and Menma. Enjoy!
