We’re back to the basics with our Signature Shoyu Ramen! Here is a basic recipe with suggested toppings for Shoyu ramen! Have other toppings you would like to add? Feel free to add your own toppings to make your personalized Shoyu Ramen!

Ramen
- 1 serving Signature Shoyu Ramen
Soup
- 1 packet Signature Shoyu Ramen Soup Base
- 1 ½ cups Hot Water
Toppings
- 2 slices Chashu (Braised Pork)
- ½ Ajitsuke Tamago (Marinated Egg) you can follow our recipe
- 2 bundles Green Onion
- Menma (Braised Bamboo Shoot) you can follow our recipe
Instructions
- Chop the green onions into small slices.
- Boil plenty of water in a pot and follow the package instructions to cook the noodles. Once the noodles are cooked, drain well.
- Pour the soup packet in a bowl and add in hot water to dissolve. Add the noodles from Step 2.
- Finish by adding toppings: Chashu, Ajitsuke Tamago, Green Onions, and Menma. Enjoy!
